Stay tuned for more content, but for now please note that we have new guidlines regarding checking out computer carts from the video lab.
The new Computer Cart check out procedure as of October 24th 2006:
- Only Faculty & Staff are allowed to check out Computer Carts.
- Computer Carts must be picked up by Faculty and Staff members at the video lab office in the basement of Ahmenson's Hall. This includes Fine Arts Faculty and Staff, there will be no deliveries of computer carts.
- Computer Carts must be returned to the video lab office in the basement of Ahmenson's Hall after use.
- A current OTIS ID card is the only form of identification accepted. This includes CE Faculty. No ID Card = No Checkout, No Exceptions
Please let all Faculty and Staf members in your department know about these changes. Theses changes are affective immediately.
