Confidentiality
Counseling services are confidential. This means that all student information is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of the office without your authorization. However, there are some situations in which disclosure of information is permitted or required by law, without your consent and authorization (e.g., child abuse, elder abuse, adult dependent abuse, probable danger to self or others).
