Students information is considered their own even if others are helping the student pay for their education.  The student accounts office need to have students sign a release of information for us to speak about the student's information with anyone outside of the student.

The release of information is part of the "Information Sheet" signed by the student every year.  The student can also fax the Student Accounts Office a statement allowing the office to speak with a person not on the original Information Sheet.
