In concert with the new Webmail system, the College is changing how users access some resources.
These changes will be in effect by Monday, August 27, 2007.
To access the services below, use the appropriate credentials.

Which username and password do I use?
Use the table below to determine which username and password you need to access a specific service. These combinations are called credentials.

What are these credentials and where can I get help?
Everyone forgets a username and password at least once. Use the chart below to determine which one(s) you need and where to go for assistance. If you still need help, please contact your department assistant.

How do I change my PIN?
Note: It may take 24 hours for the PIN change to be in effect in the Library and in O-Space.
- Log into Self Services.
- Click on the link for the Personal Information Menu.
- Click on the link for Change PIN. It should be the first option listed.
- Enter your current PIN and your new PIN into the appropriate boxes.
The PIN must be exactly 6 characters.
- Click on the Change PIN button.
How do I change my Email password?
You can change you email password using 2 different methods — change it while logged on to an Otis computer on campus, or change it through Otis Webmail. If you encounter any errors while changing your password, please contact the IS Helpdesk at 310.665.6914.
On an Otis Mac:
- Click on the Apple menu button and choose System Preferences.
- Click on the Accounts icon. A new window will open.
- Click on the Change Password... button.
- Enter your old and new passwords into the appropriate boxes.
- Click Change Password to save your changes.
On an Otis PC:
- Click and hold down the Ctrl - Alt - Delete keys.
- The Windows Security window will appear on top of the desktop background; nothing else will be visible.
- Click on the Change Password... button, located in the lower left corner of the Windows Security box.
- Check that your "User name" and "Log in to" boxes contain your Email Username and OTIS.
- Enter your old and new passwords into the appropriate boxes.
- Click the OK button to save these changes.
Via Webmail:
- Log into Otis Webmail.
- Click on the Options button in the left-hand menu. A page with the Out of Office Assistant will appear. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Click on the Change Password button. A small window, entitled Internet Service Manager, will pop-up.
- Type OTIS into the Domain box and your Email Username into the Account box . View a screenshot here.
Enter your old and new passwords into the appropriate boxes.
- Click on the OK button to save these changes. The small window will close.
- Scroll up to the top of the page.
- Click on the Save and Close button.
- Log out of Otis Webmail.
