This general information number provides information after a natural disaster or other emergency, in the event that the general phones are incapacitated during an emergency. The message will provide information regarding the status of classes, access to the facilities, and other safety issues. Please keep this number in your telephone directory with your emergency numbers. This number can be accessed world-wide and is only used during an actual event.

In conjunction with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, along with the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO), Otis provides the following information regarding the threat of a pandemic influenza outbreak to their students, staff, and faculty.

  The Facilities Department has prepared the Emergency Procdures Handbook to assist the Otis Community in preparing for, dealing with, and appropriately reporting a variety of emergency situations, including earthquake, fire, elevator malfunction, and medical emergencies.
