The links to the .dot files are Templates designed to work with Microsoft Word. They should be downloaded to your computer before using. When clicked...
Internet Explorer users will be presented with download dialog asking if the file should be saved or opened, it should saved, if you open it you will not be able to work with it the same way you will when you save it to your computer and then open.
Firefox users will be presented with a download dialog that provides the option to save to disk or to open with Word natively, either option will work since both chioces avoid opening the file in a browser window.
PDF files should be handled in the same fashion, but unless it is set up as an electronic form, you will need to print it for use. |
